Stay On Schedule and Get Enough Quality Sleep “Keeping a routine bed/wake time is crucial during these times, especially when we lose our normal routine,” explains Harris, who is a behavioral sleep-medicine specialist and author of The Women’s Guide to Overcoming Insomnia: Get a Good Night’s Sleep Without Relying on Medication.
